         1) Medical examination 

             (adults and children)

2) Quantiferon Gold TB blood test

3) Blood serology

4) Urine test for Gonorrhea

4) Review of vaccinations required

Additional Services offered:

  • Blood titers (testing for immunity):

Measles, Mumps, Rubella, (MMR)  Varicella (Chicken Pox)

Hepatitis B

  • Chest xray

  • Completing requirements for RFE's

  • Cholesterol and Blood Sugar testing. (Fasting advised)

 

 

Note: The I-693 exam fee is $405. Ask us before your visit what is included and whether any additional service you need carries a separate charge.
